Treachery in the Sutton Conservatives

A message from 'The Watchman':

The following post was placed on "Scully's Blog" at 1am on March 20th. By 10.30am it had been removed from the blog by it's owner Councillor Paul Scully in a direct attack on freedom of speech, his very actions contradicting his supposedly democratic ethos.

Councillor Scully sought instead to hide behind threats of litigation. He then produced a weekly-worded claim that he was concerned about the well-being of the very same ex-Conservative party member (Eleanor Pinfold) that he had stabbed in the back on three separate occasions, professing that it might damage her appeal to remain in the party.

Yet in a bizarre gesture of concern Councillor Scully had actually been seen celebrating in a local hostelry with his cohorts after hearing the news of Eleanor's being removed from office by a Standards Committee back in December 2007. Sadly, Councillor Scully seems to feel that the local electorate should be denied the opportunity to consider these kinds of facts for themselves.

However, The Watchman is of the belief that the electorate of Sutton, Wallington, Carshalton, Cheam & Worcester Park should be given an alternative veiwpoint besides the self-righteous propaganda being spouted by Councillor Scully on his political blog.

In the interests of democracy the following facts must be placed in the public domain:

1) Eleanor Pinfold was usurped by Paul Scully who actively sought to create divisions and alliances within the Sutton Tories that he could use to overthrow Eleanor from her successful tenure as Leader of the Conservative opposition in the London Borough of Sutton.

2) Scully & his cohorts refused to stand by Eleanor or offer support when she was being investigated by the Standards Committee. She was then controversially sacked from office.

3) Scully & Co. then sought to have Eleanor thrown out of the Conservative party. By selecting certain sycophants for the task of sitting on the Conservative Association's panel (and dismissing those who refused to pander to their whims) Scully and his Deputy, Councillor Tony Shields, were able to guarantee a verdict that would enable them to eradicate the potential threat to the new ruling elite within the Sutton Tories.

Scully wouldn't know the word "democracy" if it bit him on the backside. Divide and rule is his style.

Better the cutting out of the cancer now though than before it becomes terminal.
Life will move on and you guys on this site will no doubt become more embittered.
Whats your prediction for the next locals?
51 LDs 1 UKIP.
Now wouldnt that be a triumph for
Scullduggery watch.
And then what would happen???
The realisation that you have actually achieved nothing for the residents of Sutton.
There was a good song by Kansas and it applies to you Scullduggery.

Life of Brian (who posts as Aardvark on another less truthful site known as Scully's Blog) must have maternal instincts as he is expressing a desire to be my father.

I am incredulous as to why the current "ruling elite" of the Sutton Conservatives are so incredibly blessed with their own self-importance and sense of entitlement. Is one railroaded into voting for the larger political institutions just because the smaller entities might not be capable of taking full council on this occasion?

How very unprincipled and undemocratic Brian the Aardvark must surely be. It certainly is incapable of understanding that I am not a member of UKIP, nor have I been a member of UKIP in the past.

I was also amused to read another poster's aspersions that this blog can only be a Lib Dem front, no doubt this was just because it dares to counter the untruths peddled by the incumbent crop of ruthless commissars at the Sutton Tory's HQ!

"The realisation that you have actually achieved nothing for the residents of Sutton."
...and Sutton's Conservatives have achieved what exactly? Apart from ruin the political career of one of their hardest working Councillors, cut juicy pay deals with their opposition, take a contradicTORY stance over unregulated immigration...(the list goes on and on)

There is a song which I feel applies you, Brian the Aardvark: 'Shoot the dog' by George Michael. The reference to the "Good Puppy" could certainly be a euphemism to your sycophantic relationship with master (aka P.Scully Esq.)

So you like George Michael Mr Scullduggery.
I also note your posts on the Public Toilet debate.
I trust the two arent linked.
The more you try and deny this is a Lib Dem front the more obvious it becomes.
So lets go to the masked ball and reveal all.
I wonder if we will both be surprised....

Dear Aardvark/life of brian/twits the lot of you- or whichever name you choose to use next time:

(Speaking of ablution blocks, it does become rather tedious when every time Scully's punkawalla touches his keypad he spews forth record amount of flotsam.)

I am sorry to have to decline your invite to the ball, however I am sure that there are plenty of other men within the confines of the Borough who would be only too delighted to accompany you to the next event at Cuddington Golf Club.

Just be sure that your would-be suitor has the full blessing of Chairman Mao Tse Scully. I would hate to see yet more blood on the carpet down at 48 Benhill Avenue.

Speaking of which, is it the indelible stains of gore tarnishing the floors at Benhill HQ that have caused Scully to sell-up shop and retreat to the Danbury Mews?

You appear to possess a great difficulty in understanding that this site is not in any way linked to the Lib Dems. I baulk on a regular basis at the follies and general fiscal excesses of the crowd who feather their nests beneath the banner of the golden dove, however the more I look at what the Sutton Tories have become under the hypocritical and devious P.Scully Esq. the more that many Conservatives activists feel that they do not offer a credible or financially viable alternative to the incumbent party controlling the council.

It is almost lunchtime here in Cheam. Therefore, there is ample time for "Brian" to cook up yet another half-baked guess as to the identity of "The Watchman"...
